We endeavour to always provide an excellent service clean to your windows.

We will take due care in cleaning your windows, and can clean your windows every 4th week or 6th week should you wish.

We can offer a front only service if you need.

If for any reason, you should be unhappy with our service, please let us know at once, and we will put things right.

If any windows are inaccessible or unsafe to clean, we will not be able to clean them. If you are going on holiday, just let us know and we will not clean the windows and you will not be charged.

 

Reach and wash window cleaning.

 

We use a water fed pole system to access and clean your windows. This uses only purified water, no chemicals or detergents making it 100% safe for people, pets, plants and the environment. We ask that access around your property is provided and all windows and doors are closed. Once cleaned surfaces are left to dry naturally, and as the water is de-ionised, it dries leaving no marks at all. Achieving best results may require a few cleans.

We are only able to clean along a clear line of sight, some angles or high recessed surfaces may not be possible to clean. We also use this method to clean conservatory roofs, fascias and soffits.

We are unable to move obstacles such as flowerpots, garden furniture etc. If these items restrict access we will not be able to clean windows in that area.

We will send you an SMS text the evening before our clean to remind you to unlock gates and close your windows/vents for the following day.

Your windows.

 

Over time, your uPVC window frames and sills will start to oxidise and slowly lose their colour. Our brush head cleaning system will remove some of the oxidation. This should not be seen as scratches, but in fact it is just where the grey oxidation has been removed. We cannot be responsible for returning your windows back to “as new” condition.

We cannot scratch your windows, as there are no metal parts in our system.

We cannot be responsible for ill fitting windows, doors, fascias, guttering, window/conservatory trims, unsecured windows/doors, leaking seals, loose stuck on lead, decorative bars, stuck on glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, open/broken trickle vents etc.

 

Your conservatory.

 

We offer an external and internal conservatory cleaning service. We will take due care to clean all frames, windows, doors, fittings, uPVC and guttering in respect of your conservatory. We will provide an excellent deep clean of your conservatory both inside and out, but cannot return the conservatory back to its original new condition, as age related defects are inevitable over time. For example, leaking seals, oxidation of frames etc prevent returning the conservatory back to its as new condition.

Guttering.

 

We will take due care of your external guttering, and offer a full deep clean of them. The cleaning of guttering is an essential part of the repair and maintenance programme of your home. We clean the guttering and remove all debris, leaf material and so on from the guttering; we cannot return the guttering back to its as new condition, and cannot repair guttering. Defects such as leaking seals, broken joints and so on are an inevitable part of the ageing process.

 

Fascias and soffits.

 

We will take due care of your fascias and soffits, and offer a deep clean of them by removing algae, and general dirt and grime. We offer an outstanding cleaning of them, but cannot return them back to their as new condition, as age related defects are an inevitable part of the ageing process.

 

Payment. 

 

We always provide a quotation beforehand, so you know how much to pay. Please would you arrange full payment within 7 days of our conservatory cleaning, gutter cleaning, fascia & soffit cleaning and window cleaning . To guarantee payment, please pay directly to us by Bank transfer, details to be provided.

 

Cancellation.

 

If you wish to cancel our services, please would you provide at least 5 days notice by text or e-mail before the next scheduled clean.
